These terms govern your use of the Smart Energy Business hospitality energy switching service provided by Smart Energy Homes Ltd (Company Registration 09806625).

2. Our Service

We provide a free energy comparison and switching service for hospitality businesses. We compare deals from our panel of energy suppliers and, where instructed, facilitate the switching process on your behalf.

Our service is free to you. We receive a commission from energy suppliers when a switch is completed. This does not affect the price you pay for your energy.

3. Your Obligations

• You must provide accurate information about your business and energy usage
• You must have authority to switch energy supplier for the business premises
• You are responsible for checking any exit fees on your current contract
• You must be 18 years or older to use our service

4. Quotes and Comparisons

Quotes provided are based on the information you supply and current market rates. Final prices are subject to supplier verification and may differ from initial estimates. We strive to provide accurate comparisons but cannot guarantee prices until confirmed by the chosen supplier.

5. The Switching Process

When you accept a quote and instruct us to proceed, we will initiate the switching process with your chosen supplier. The switch typically takes 2-4 weeks. Your energy supply will not be interrupted during the switch.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care in providing our service, we cannot be held liable for decisions made by energy suppliers, changes in energy prices after a contract is agreed, or any indirect losses arising from our service.
